WAAAGH! GRAK THRAK - JEREMY VETOCK'S ORC AND GOBLIN ARMY title image.
Introduction
Trolls and Night Goblins
Just a small sampling of Jeremy's Night Goblins along with a few hungry Trolls.
Jeremy Vetock, a manager in the GW Design StudioOrcs & Goblins may seem a bit overwhelming to collect and game with, but as long-time Warhammer veteran Jeremy Vetock will attest, that's the joy of them: nearly endless variety! We sat and talked with Jerm about the road to completing his army — which is really several armies in one — and the thoughts he had along the way. Over the following pages, you find a Q&A-style interview broken into sections that represent each aspect of collecting an army. We'll also bombard you with images of models and units from his army(s) and a final gallery where you can view all his work from one convenient page. So, without further interruption, let the questions begin!

Black Orc WarbossWho are you and how long have you been collecting greenskins?
My name is Jeremy Vetock, I work in Games Workshop's Design Studio, and I've been collecting Orcs and Goblins for years. Warhammer has always been my favorite game, and I've had many different armies — but the ones that I always come back to are Orcs & Goblins and their bitter arch-rivals, the Dwarfs (but enough about Stunties here).

How many armies do you own? Have you developed any personalities within them?
I really have two Orcs & Goblins armies that occasionally collude to form a massive horde. First off, I have the Orc and Black Orc heavy forces of Ghak Thrak and his Bad Ax MuthaKrushas, and then I've got the unruly hordes of Warlord Gruzgutz Stuntystompa and his Dwarf-hatin' throng of mushroom whacked-out Night Goblins. Combined, I figure I've got close to my age-old goal of 10,000 points. Strangely but rather happily, I've decided that now that I've reached my destination, I find I want more. Lots more. I've become even more green-obsessive. There are those great Special Characters to add, another Stone Thrower, a few more Boyz units, some more chariots...and the list goes on.Goblin

What other armies have you owned over the years?
Over the years I've had lots of armies: Dwarfs particularly, but the Empire is a favorite of mine as well. Mostly these days I find myself solidly in the greenskin camp though, which is lucky, as I'm running out of display and storage space for anything else.
